Final Note

Dessert does not need to derail your day. It needs to fit your life, your appetite, and the way you are learning to fuel yourself through the Gett Wellness plan.

Save this recipe hub to your phone, send it to the friend who thinks protein means dry chicken, and start with whichever recipe makes you say, “Righto, I’m making that.” These recipes are here to support the habits around the plan — not replace the plan itself.
